Custom Order Request Form

If you are interested in placing a custom order, please include at minimum the following:

• Product you would like customized
• Size
• quantity
  

Please Note: NFC technology is only as stable as the URL that is linked to it. Please ensure that you are providing as stable and static of a link possible.

Lead Time: All custom order requests will be responded to within 5-7 business days. Once a design is agreed upon, production normally takes 3-14 days depending on order volume.

Price: There is a one-time $50 design fee for custom made products. A custom quote depending on the design and amount of items requested will be provided once the custom order form is filled out adequately.
