Returns/Cancellations:
Due to the custom nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. Before physical production begins, an order can be cancelled at no penalty. Cancellation during or after production will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Lead Time:
Custom order design typically takes 1-3 days once a logo has been provided. Production ranges between 3-14 days depending on the volume of the order.
Feedback and Product Issues:
All quality control issues, errors, and complaints must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery. Issues that occur outside of that window will be addressed on a case by case basis.
